Access to the Interactive Cargo System (ICS)

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has kept members regular informed of the impeding cessation of support by Microsoft  to Internet Explorer 11 on June 15 2022 .

The Integrated Cargo System (ICS) has for some time been accessible with other browsers - Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.  

However this is not the case with The Tariff and Precedents Information Network (TAPIN) 

This morning FTA was advised by Industry and Border Systems Group of Australian Border Force (ABF) that at present, TAPIN is ONLY compatible with Internet Explorer.

ABF are currently testing the system with other browsers – Edge and Chrome - and it should be implemented "around the second week of June 2022"

FTA has been advocating for TAPIN to be accessible via other browsers for some time and welcomes this advice.
