Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has received advice from a number of members reporting of the inability to access additional status information in the Integrated Cargo System (ICS) normally accessible by selecting the CONDCLEAR field.
FTA has raised this issue with Australian Border Force (ABF) executives who this morning advised the following:
We are aware of this issue and are currently awaiting advice from Cargo Systems Support. We will monitor and provide further advice as soon as possible.
