Qantas Freight Operational Update 24 - Update on Terminal Service Fee Invoices

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has received feedback from members on the significant administration burden as a result of reconciling Terminal Service Fee invoices received extremely late due to the system cutover issues experienced by Qantas Freight in September/October 2023.

FTA has since received an update from Qantas Freight in relation to the distribution and reconciliation of these past international Terminal Service Fee invoices. Qantas Freight today announcing they are now up to date as of the issuance of the latest weekly invoice being distributed today for the weekly period 17 to 23 March 2024. 

With concerns of members on the accuracy of invoices issued since early January, Qantas Freight have advised they are continuing to review previously released Terminal Service Fee invoices covering the period from 24 September 2023 to 16 March 2024 to identify any discrepancies, however if members do have specific queries, they should contact Qantas Freight accordingly.

Terminal Service Fee invoices

International Terminal Service Fee invoices covering the period from 24 Sep 2023 commenced distribution in early Jan 2024.  

The latest invoice covering the week of 17 Mar to 23 Mar 2024 brings us up to date and will be distributed to the normal recipients for invoices via email from 28 Mar 2024.   

We are continuing to review previously released Terminal Service Fee invoices covering the period from 24 Sep 2023 to 16 Mar 2024 to identify and correct any discrepancies, and any additional charges or credits from this period have been included in today's invoice.

If applicable, these will appear at the end of the invoice, together with the associated AWB information.
