DIBP - Issues experienced earlier today with ICS Cargo Interactive performance have been resolved

The issues experienced earlier today with ICS Cargo Interactive performance have been resolved. In order to resolve the problems that were experienced with the Cargo Interactive performance all EDI Reference file downloads have been temporarily blocked.  These files will be available for download from approximately 5am tomorrow morning.
