DAFF - Import Industry Advice Notice 76/2024 Services Restored: Wednesday 24 April – Biosecurity Portal & RAM

The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) has issued IIAN 76/2024 advising that services have been restored in relation to the unplanned outage which affected the Biosecurity Portal & Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).

Detail:
The unplanned outage to MyGov Digital Identity and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) website have now been resolved. Digital Identity/myGovID clients can now access the Biosecurity Portal as normal. Clients can also access the RAM website as normal.
