Review of the Export Control Package 2019 The Australian Government is currently seeking feedback on the Export Control Bills Package 2019. This includes the:- draft Export Control Bill 2019;
- draft Export Control (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Bill 2019; and
- three draft Imposition Amendment Bills.

" A practice adopted by industry for some time now is 'triangulation'. This involves re-using an import empty container for an export booking. This eliminates the need for the return of the empty container to the ECP as well as the collection of an empty container for the shipper to pack."
