CLINT Latta has begun a senior advisory role within the Freight & Trade Alliance and the Australian Peak Shippers Association as head of trade and policy.
FTA director and co-founder Paul Zalai said as founder of the Compliant Group, Mr Latta was recognised as a leading Australian trade compliance specialist who would add significant experience and skills.
"Clint will continue his Directorship at the Compliant Group in parallel to his part-time employment at FTA," Mr Zalai said.
"Clint will chair our newly created Import Reference Group; provide representation on key government and industry committees; advocate on reform initiatives; and prepare formal submissions, member updates and commentaries.
"We are delighted to have Clint join our high calibre team."
