Industrial Relations resolution
Patrick and the MUA have agreed to a 4-year enterprise agreement. The new agreement has achieved the removal of restrictive recruitment conditions and also delivered other much-needed flexibilities for the Patrick operations across all four terminals.

Coastal shipping exemptions are facilitating East / West movement of priority goods (supermarkets etc)  - contact Paul Zalai who is liaising with the Department of Infrastructure for available capacity. Darwin now largely OK via extended road routes.
