WEBINAR - Proposed New Obligations on Customs Brokers Licences

The proposed new conditions have resulted in a lot of FTA member feedback. This can include individuals in basic data entry roles. The new conditions will in some circumstances extend to individuals outside of Australia.

Russell Wiese of CGT Law will discuss his views on the proposed new obligations and refresh members of their existing obligations.
