The Freight and Trade Alliance (FTA) has received notification from the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources advising that the COLS system is determining that some metropolitan postcodes are showing as rural destinations.
Regional officers are aware of the issue and are checking postcodes to determine correct locations/actions.
The department have been working to fix the issue and believe it is now resolved and recommend that users who continue to encounter issues should log out of COLS and log back in.
