Quarter of a million dollars in depot Infringement Notices 

We note that just under a quarter of million dollars in Infringement Notices were issues for the period 1 July to 30 September 2018 for beaches of Sec 33 - a massive impact on Section 77G Depot operators.

We would also like to remind members of Notice 2013/56 (condition 28) states Section 77G Deport licence holders must provide adequate training to make staff aware of their obligations in dealing with goods subject to the control of Customs ... read more
