Information

Due to an unscheduled service disruption of the Agriculture Import Management System (AIMS) delays to messaging were occurring from ICS between 11:06 to 17:10 Tuesday 19 March 2019 (AEDT). The following systems were impacted.

  • Agriculture Import Management System (AIMS)
  • Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
  • Self-Assessed Clearance (SAC)
  • S-Cargo

This disruption delayed informa?tion of Full Import Declarations (FIDs), Self-Assessed Clearance's (SACs) and Cargo Report Self-Assessed Clearance from the Integrated Cargo System (ICS). COLS users were unable to submit lodgements for entries submitted into ICS during this time.

Action

The issue has been resolved. A backlog of ICS entries (FIDs, SAC's and Cargo Report SACs) is currently being processed by the department's systems. Note: It may take up to two hours for the processing to complete.

COLS users will be able to lodge documentation after this time.
