The Department of Home Affairs recently published the latest Time Release Study for inbound cargo entering Australian ports on the Home Affairs website.
The most recent study covers 2015-2016 (2016 TRS) and can be downloaded from https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/research-and-statistics/statistics/operational-reports
The 2016 TRS highlights the important link between early reporting of goods and early clearance.
Home Affairs is currently processing data from 2017 and aims to publish the 2017 TRS in the coming months.
