Update to class 19.2 Assessment guide regarding BMSB end of season

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has received advice that the Brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB) profiles will be active until 16 June 2019 to capture goods shipped prior to 30 April 2019.

The profiles will also capture goods shipped after 30 April 2019 which will be exempt from BMSB measures.

For these scenarios the Department of Agriculture and water Resources will use the shipped on board date for clearance. The department has incorporated these exemptions into AEPCOMM by updating the Assessment guide for class 19.2 Accredited Persons in the Exemptions' and 'Flow diagrams' sections of the document.
