Pacific Forum Line wishes to advise that the vessel operator has recently carried out a review of costs related to complying with the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS). As a result, the Origin Security Surcharge (OSEC) for NZ – PNG trade-lane last reviewed in 2017, will be adjusted as follows:
Revised Charges:
Containerised Cargo: USD 16.00 per container
Breakbulk Cargo: USD 1.10 per Revenue Ton
The above changes will be effective for any Bill of Lading dated 17th December 2020 onwards.
