Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) have received the below advice from Maersk in relation to actions being taken against Svitzer by the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA)
Please note that Svitzer has received strike notice from MUA for below dates and locations
Dates : Tues 12 Jan 0001hrs until Fri 15 Jan 2359hrs, Tues 19 Jan 0001hrs until Fri 22 Jan 2359hrs, Tues 26 Jan 0001hrs until Fri 29 Jan 2359hrs
Location: BNE, SYD, MEL, ADL, FRE
Svitzer is working on alternate arrangements in order to mitigate the impact to our vessels.
