| Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) have received advice from DP World Australia (DPWA) executive that unauthorised industrial action is taking place at their Port Botany operation resulting in the cancellation of this morning's 08, 09, 10, 11 & 1200 slots. We understand that DPWA has taken immediate action and will have the matter heard before the Fair Work Commission (FWC) at 1.30PM AEDT today, 30 March 2021.
