MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company wishes to advise that an Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EBS) will be implemented for reefer cargo moving from Australia to all destinations..

Effective from 3rd May 2021 (Bill of Lading date), the Equipment Imbalance Surcharge for reefer cargo will be applied to all destinations excluding USA as follows :

With regards to the USA, an Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EBS) for reefer cargo from Australia & New Zealand was previously announced in March and is effective from 12th April 2021 (Gate In date) and is being applied as follows :
