As per CTAA Update #2 on 24/11 (see HERE), the team at ACFS Port Logistics has been working around the clock to restore systems impacted by their recent cyber attack. CTAA understands that the empty container depot systems are now restored, albeit that ACFS has a backlog of containers to work through (import survey) and the reconciliation of manual gate receipts from the last two or three days. ACFS has released the following message of thanks to transport operators nationally through the Containerchain messaging system: NOTICE TO ALL TRANSPORT OPERATORS Dear Transport carriers, We are pleased to advise that all Container Park systems are back up and running as per normal. It is with sincere thanks that ACFS Port Logistics would like to give to all Transport carriers Nationally, and appreciate your cooperation throughout this period. Our IT Team have worked tirelessly to ensure that minimal impact to operations were incurred. Thank you Regards ACFS Management | | Transport operators are urged to continue to work with local ACFS depot managers as the backlog is cleared and the depots can get back to normal operations, including export container releases. Regards, Neil Chambers, Director Container Transport Alliance Australia (CTAA) |
