Please see below for updates regarding ground handling prioritisation of RAT consignments on IFAM-supported flights:

 

What can I do to ensure my RATs are offloaded as a priority?

To ensure your shipments of RATs are offloaded as a priority, please make sure consignments are clearly labelled as RATs and that ground handling crews are aware of the consignment/s:

QANTAS ground handling services

Provide the airway bill number to IFAM via email as soon as possible, who will coordinate prioritisation for consignments handled by Qantas.

Note this process will be in place until 18 February 2022.
