Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS) Issue Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has received advice from members of issues in relation to accessing the  Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment's Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS).

Error messages such as the following may be received when attempting to access COLS.



Members have reported the following solutions which may assist:

"turns out it is Firefox, it worked ok through Chrome"

and

"Had to restart my computer, it's now working ok."

Also we have just been provided the following from Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment

We are aware of issues with COLS where clients are unable to lodge documents via COLS , technical support are working on finding a solution. In the meantime there is a possible workaround.

Can you clear your cache and then retry lodging.
