In response to member feedback, Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) recently hosted a webinar on 10 August 2023 titled "Sanctioned Countries – Managing Trade Compliance" as presented by Sue Danks (FTA/APSA), Maurice Lynch & Frazer Hunt (Mills Oakley) and John Thomson (TT Club).

Following on from this fantastic webinar, we would like to invite our members to attend the following webinar or alternately if located in Adelaide, the face-to-face event: Defence Export Controls, the Australian Sanctions Office and the Australian Border Force Outreach Event.

Details: The event and webinar are aimed at industry involved in the export, supply, publication or other movement of military and dual-use goods and technology. The goal is to raise awareness of Australian defence export control and sanctions laws by looking at what is required of exporters and what exporters can expect in this landscape.
