Registered dairy exporters, manufacturers, agents, freight forwarders, approved export permit issuers and EDI users.

Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (the department) - Central and Regional offices.

Purpose

To notify Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) system users of updated planned outages.

Key points

The department has planned NEXDOC maintenance upgrades and users will not be able to access the system. This notice will replace the previously issued notice IAN 2023-32: NEXDOC – planned outages.  

To ensure there is no disruption to your consignments, please do not lodge or make amendments to requests for export (REXs) from:

• 8.00pm to 10.00pm (AEST) Friday 1 September 2023 and
• 11.30pm Friday 8 September to 5.30am (AEST) Saturday 9 September 2023.
