Revised Live Plant Conveyance Log form
The department's name and logo has been updated on the live plants conveyance log form to reflect the new name Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF).

- that a failure to report accurately or comply with a requirement under the Biosecurity Act may result in penalties, including infringement notices, civil penalties, or criminal prosecutions.
