Planned industrial action by the Australian Federation of Air Pilots (AFAP) is set to take place on
4 Oct 2023 for a 24-hour period. The Qantas Group has built contingency plans to minimise the
impact on customers, however selected scheduled flights will be cancelled within WA tomorrow.
As a result, freight capacity will be limited between selected ports and some delays can be
expected. If your shipment has been impacted, it will be rebooked and you'll receive a notification
with updated details. Additional services will operate on 5 Oct 2023 to assist in moving freight.
