Previous storage fees waiver and 50% off special offer

As a reminder, listed below are the waivers and offers that were in place in recognition of our customers' patience as we worked through delays and backlogs post cutover:

  • Storage fees: all storage fees for import and export freight processed through Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney terminals were waived between 24 Sep 2023 and 19 Oct 2023. Storage fees were reintroduced for freight that arrived, departed or lodged from 20 Oct 2023.
  • 50% off special offer: customers were offered 50% off selected international Terminal Service Fees on shipments lodged or collected at our Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney terminals between 5 Nov 2023 and 19 Nov 2023. Security screening fees and import and export storage fees were excluded from this offer.
