Australia and Papua New Guinea build on long-term trade relationships

Data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics indicates more than 4,000 Australian companies export to Papua New Guinea. It is the largest economy and island state in the Pacific. It is also the most populated Pacific Island with an estimated 10 million people.

Premium wine re-entering mainland China drives overall export value increase

Australian wine exports increased in value by 17 per cent to $2.2 billion in 2023–24, the highest level since the 12 months ended September 2021, and volume remained relatively steady at 619 million litres according to Wine Australia's Export Report released today.
