Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) have been invited by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) to contribute feedback in relation to:
Improving regulatory service delivery and stakeholder engagement
In 2023, the Australian Public Service Commission undertook a Capability Review of DAFF to facilitate discussion around DAFF's desired future state, highlight organisational capability gaps and identify opportunities to address them.
In response to the Capability Review, DAFF prepared a Transformation Action Plan.
This plan identifies the immediate and longer-term actions DAFF will take to uplift leadership and culture, collaboration, delivery, people and resourcing, and risk capabilities.
To support this, DAFF are undertaking a Have Your Say survey to gain a deeper understanding of your views on the regulatory services provided.
Your participation is highly valued and will play a crucial role in shaping the FTA/APSA response.
Feedback can be shared directly with DAFF or submitted to me at SMilici@FTAlliance.com.au by close of business Friday, 20 September 2024, to be included the FTA/APSA response.
