Completing 2024/2025 Mandatory Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) Module for Licensed Customs Brokers
UPDATE
The Australian Border Force (ABF) published
Australian Customs Notice No. 202

noting that the ABF's mandatory CPD module for the 2024/25 CPD was due to open yesterday,
Tuesday 8 October 2024.
Member feedback indicated that there was an issue with the Department's platform which has now been rectified.
To access the course please log in and select the "Customs Brokers Mandatory Continuing Professional Development" course which has been added to your library for completion.
This course will provide you with
3 CPD Points in Stream B
for the customs broker licensing period to 31 March 2025.
Please note the other courses in your library are
NOT MANDATORY
and do not provide CPD points.
ALL licensed customs brokers must complete this mandatory module by 31 March 2025
which is
ONLY
available via the Department's ABF Australian Trusted Trader (ATT) training portal.
HOW TO ACCESS THE ABF TRAINING PORTAL?
In order to complete the CPD module, users will need to access the ABF Australian Trusted Trader (ATT) training portal via https://australianborderforce.birchlp.com.au/ and sign in.
If you are not an existing portal member click the 'sign up' hyperlink and fill in the required information to gain access. Please include your full name and customs broker licence number to ensure CPD points are assigned correctly.
