This program provides aspiring professionals with valuable experience in a dynamic office environment and a comprehensive introduction to the shipping and logistics industry. Participants will undertake 12 to 14 months of full-time, paid, office-based training across a range of MSC and MEDLOG departments, gaining practical skills, industry knowledge, and exposure to multiple areas of the business. Applications are now open for traineeship positions in our Brisbane, Melbourne, and Fremantle offices. MSC are seeking motivated candidates who completed, or will complete, Year 11 or Year 12 between 2024 and 2026. Successful applicants will commence full-time employment in February 2027.
