Further to our campaign in March of this year, Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has successfully supported a member in acquiring the following:- a stand-alone customs brokerage business; and
- the customs clearance business only from a freight forwarder (the selling business is continuing to own and operate their own forwarding operations)
The FTA member is looking at further expansion noting acquisitions are not contingent on minimum throughput or turnover.
