1. Long-term Trials of Drought Resilient Farming Practices Program Round 2

Building on the success of the first round, this program aims to investigate innovative and transformational farming practices that enhance drought resilience. A total of $40.3 million is available through an open competitive grant process for projects ranging from $3 million to $8 million, running from 2024-25 to 2029-30. Following valuable feedback, an expanded list of eligible agricultural industries now includes cereal, broadacre crops, horticulture crops, and livestock.
