DDG Ellard outlines progress on WTO negotiating and reform priorities at APEC ministerial

Speaking at a meeting of ministers from the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum in Lima, Peru on 14 November, Deputy Director-General Angela Ellard briefed ministers regarding the progress made on negotiating and reform priorities at the WTO.
