Imported Food Notice (IFN) 09-24 advises  importers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, compliance agreement holders and biosecurity industry participants, the department is proposing to introduce a one-off charge that would apply when an approved arrangement or compliance agreement holder's status changes from single to multiple in the same financial year.
