ABF - EDI messaging to 1-Stop

Monday, December 16, 2024

Following the unplanned EDI messaging disruption with the Integrated Cargo System (ICS) reported by the Australian Border Force (ABF) last week, OneStop confirmed to Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) earlier today that some members were affected by missed messaging due to these issues.

To resolve this, OneStop had advised affected members to contact ABF Cargo Support to have the relevant messages resent.

The ABF has now released the following statement:

EDI messaging to 1-Stop

Following from the incident with EDI responses not being sent out last week there was an issue with 1-Stop not updating a clear status. The status messages to 1-Stop have been re-transmitted, and 1-Stop has advised clearances are coming through to their system.

Due to this, Cargo Support will not be processing any previous requests for Hard Copy releases at this stage. If you have cargo which is not showing clear in 1-Stop, please revert to normal process and contact 1-Stop in the first instance.

Cargo Support
