DAFF - Import Industry Advice Notice 02/2025 Unplanned Service Disruption: Wednesday 08 January 2025 – COLS / CWMS

The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) has issued Import Industry Advice Notice 0 2-2025 announcing an unplanned service disruption to COLS.
Separately DAFF have also confirmed to Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) that the issue does also extend to the Cargo Workload Management System (CWMS) :

The Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS) is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, clients may experience slowness and/or intermittent errors.

Action:

This issue is being investigated as a priority and the department will advise once resolved.

The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
