All EXDOC and NEXDOC users who have sent or intend to send a certificate to print in a departmental office today.

Purpose
This notice is to advise all EXDOC and NEXDOC users that there are certificate delays with in-office certificate printing.

Key points

• There is an outage with in-office printing impacting EXDOC and NEXDOC certificate printing.
• Certificates that have been sent to DAFF offices for printing may not be printed in sufficient time for signing and stamping to be collected today.

What should I do?
We request that you do not complete any RFPs or REXs for in-office printing until 9am AEDT tomorrow, Wednesday 29 January 2025.
