Purpose This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to advise Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) users of a system outage. The outage is for a major upgrade to part of the department's infrastructure. We recommend exporters have their NEXDOC documentation complete by 15 February 2025. While NEXDOC will be available again from 5.00am (AEDT) on Sunday 16 February 2025, there may be residual impacts to be resolved on that day. If export documentation is needed by 16 February 2025, please prepare and complete this in advance. Summary of changes and key points: To notify users that NEXDOC will be unavailable due to planned department system maintenance. To ensure there is no disruption to your consignments, please do not lodge request for exports (REXs) during the following time: - Saturday 15 February 2025 – 11.59pm - Sunday 16 February 2025 – 05.00am (AEDT)
