Port of Port HEDLAND being cleared

Tropical Low 18U

As at 11.00am on 11 FEBRUARY 2025, the Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) advises Tropical Low 18U is located approximately 15.7S 120.93

The system is expected to slowly move toward the south or southwest before recurving toward the southeast on Thursday or Friday.

Pilbara Ports has started clearing vessels from the Port of Port Hedland, including vessels at anchor. All port anchorages are expected to be cleared by 6.00pm-7.00pm on 12 February 2025.

All recreational vessel owners must safely secure their vessels for cyclonic conditions.
