The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (the department) have now gone live with the 2024-2025 Mandatory CBC Activity 24-25/01 (CPD0215) on their Learnhub platform. The interactive course will provide you with information and resources via the 'My Recent Enrolments' window at the bottom of the Learnhub home page. 

The Mandatory CBC assessment component should be completed on the FTA Training platform "MYFTACPD" by 17 March 2025.

• attended a 2024 FTA CPD Border Compliance Program face-face session
• have purchased an online training package for the customs broker licensing period ending 31 March 2025.

No additional cost will be incurred. If this applies to you, the assessment has been uploaded onto your "MYFTACPD" "Active" library. An email has also been sent advising same.

To maintain your Class 19 accreditation you must view the interactive Learnhub activity and the complete the assessment before the due date. If you are unable to complete the CBC activity and assessment due to leave or other circumstances, please contact AEP Arrangements to discuss your situation.

Please note the following:

• You are required to individually login into the Learnhub site
• Not sure how to access the department's Learnhub Platform? - view How to Log into Learnhub
• You are required to view the interactive course on the Learnhub platform.
• If you have any questions regarding the content please submit to the Department via the "Forum" feature on the Learnhub platform.
• The "Evaluation" of the CBC Activity on the Learnhub platform is NOT the formal Mandatory CBC Activity 24-25/01 assessment.
• FTA will provide all the required assessment links to resources on our MYFTACPD training platform for your convenience. 
• FTA will report to the department on behalf of all accredited persons who have completed the 2024-2025 CBC Activity assessment through us for reconciliation. No further action is required by you.
• We recommend that you keep a copy of the Certificate of Completion for your personal records
