DAFF - COLS Issue

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has been advised by members of an issue with the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS), specifically encountering the following generic error when attempting to submit a lodgement:

FTA has raised the issue with senior executives at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) for further investigation.
