Casual employment changes

 

From 26 February 2025, eligible casuals can provide written notice to their employer to change to full-time or part-time employment under the employee choice pathway. An employer can only refuse the notice for certain reasons.

Applications are open for Round 17 of Cooperative Research Centres Projects. Grants provide funding of up to $3m to support short-term, industry-led collaboration between businesses and researchers to develop new technologies.

The deadline to register your R&D activities for the R&D Tax Incentive (R&DTI) is coming up.?If your income year ended on 30 June last year, you have until 30 April to register your 2023-24 activities.?Submit an application via the R&DTI customer portal.
