Australia's high-quality food and beverages (F&B) wowed the crowds at Gulfood in Dubai, one of the world's largest food industry trade events.
This year's Australian delegation was among the largest ever, with over 100 Australian F&B producers showing off products ranging from meats and dairy to health foods and non-alcoholic wines. The meat hall featured 35 of Australia's leading meat exporters.
All states were represented at the Australian Pavilion, including Tasmania for the first time. Austrade also hosted the Australia Lounge, where producers and buyers explored partnerships, laying the groundwork for more opportunities when the Australia-United Arab Emirates Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement enters into force.
