Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who use the External Broker Website.

Service Disruption start time:
As of Monday 24 February 2025 (AEDT).
The External Broker Website is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption, resulting in some users experiencing intermittent issues when attempting to use the system.
To resolve this issue, the department will be performing an urgent scheduled outage to the External Broker Website between 20:00 to 20:30 Thursday 06 March 2025 (AEDT).
Services will be restored following the conclusion of the outage window at 20:30 Thursday 06 March 2025 (AEDT). Users of the External Broker Website will be able to access all services as normal at that time.
