U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) Guidance on Tariffs for Steel and Aluminum Articles

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) has received advice that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)  has published Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) messages regarding steel, aluminum, and their derivative products now subject to 232 tariffs.

Please note that derivative products will become active on 12 March 2025, along with other items classified under HS codes 73 and 76
