Who does this notice affect?
All clients submitting the below declarations:
- Full Import Declaration (FID)
- Long Form Self Assessed Clearance (LFSAC)
- Short Form Self Assessed Clearance (SFSAC)
- Cargo Report Self Assessed Clearance (CRSAC)
- Cargo Report Personal Effects (PE)
All clients required to use the Export / Next Export Documentation (EXDOC/NEXDOC) systems during this unplanned outage.
Information
Due to essential maintenance at the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA), there will be a brief, urgent scheduled outage to the DoHA's Integrated Cargo System (ICS) sometime between 20:30 Thursday 27 March to 02:00 Friday 28 March 2025 (AEDT).
As a result, messaging between the ICS and DAFF systems will be queued and will send following the conclusion of the outage.

No action required. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
