Australian Border Force (ABF) has published ACN 2025/11 which proposes the following amendments to the instrument:
- Add a definition for the Australian Trusted Trader (ATT) Portal.
- Allow the use of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
- Set out a method to make an electronic claim for return of seized goods.
The 2025 Amendment Determination is proposed to take effect from Friday 16 May 2025.
