Fremantle Ports will be undertaking a security system upgrade that will impact electronic gate access across both the Outer Harbour (Kwinana Bulk Terminal and Kwinana Bulk Jetty gates) and Inner Harbour (NQ1, NQ4, VQ3 gates). During the changeover period, swipe card access will be temporarily disabled and gates will be operated manually.

Outer Harbour – Kwinana Bulk Terminal (KBT) and Kwinana Bulk Jetty (KBJ)
Monday 29 April 2025
0930–1230: KBT Main Gate – manual operation
1230–1530: KBT Jetty Gate – manual operation
1530–1830: KBJ Gate – manual operation
Swipe card access will be unavailable during these times
Fremantle Ports security will supervise all gate access
Inner Harbour – NQ1, NQ4 and VQ3 Gates
Tuesday 30 April 2025
· NQ1 Gate: Manual operation from 0800 to 1100
· NQ4 Gate: Manual operation from 1200 to 1500
Wednesday 1 May 2025
· VQ3 Gate: Manual operation from 0800 to 1100
During these times:
· Gates will be manually operated by Fremantle Ports security.
· Swipe access will be unavailable.
· A valid MSIC must be presented for entry/exit.
