Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has been made aware of issues raised by members experiencing difficulties contacting the Cargo Systems Support Centre on 1300 558 099.
Australian Border Force (ABF) has advised that the telephone system supporting the 1300 558 099 ICS Contact Centre is currently experiencing an outage. The matter was escalated to ABF IT Services as a top priority earlier this morning (prior to 08:00 hrs).
An automated message is now directing industry users to submit enquiries via email. Relevant ABF officers are contacting industry representatives to resolve matters based on email submissions.
A timeframe for system restoration is currently unknown. FTA will provide further updates as information becomes available.
