Cyber Incident Update 

 

 

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) have engaged with senior management at Qantas Freight following advice of a cyber incident impacting customer data.  They have confirmed that they are still working to map out the full impact, however, the issue has been identified and contained. There is no impact to current or future bookings, and no impact to operations or safety.

The notice on the Qantas Freight website reads as follows:

Qantas can confirm that a cyber incident has occurred in one of its airline contact centres impacting customer data. The system is now contained.

We want to reassure all of our chttps://freight.qantas.com/au-en/news.html#cyber-incident---on-2-july-2025ustomers that there is no impact to Qantas' operations or the safety of our airline.

For those customers whose information has been potentially compromised you will receive further communication from us shortly.
